Oregon Dungeness Crab Melt

Mix 3/4 mayonnaise with 1/4 ketchup
Lightly spread mixture onto 2 slices of garlic bread Texas toast
Put 1/4 pound crab meat on Texas toast
Top with slices of sharp cheddar cheese
Bake at 450 degrees for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and toast is crunchy.
