Warm Oregon Dungeness Crab and Boursin Dip

Ingredients
Cream Cheese 8 oz.
Boursin Cheese pack 1
Cheddar, shredded 1 cup
Scallions, chopped 1/4 cup
Dill, chopped 4 Tbsp.
Garlic, minced 1 clove
Shallots, minced 1 clove
Lemon juice 1 Tbsp.
Dungeness crab meat 1/2 lbs.
Baguette, sliced and toasted as needed
Directions
  1. Whip the cream cheese and Boursin until smooth and light.
  2. Add the shredded cheddar, scallions, dill, garlic, shallots, and lemon juice. Mix until combined.
  3. Carefully fold in the Dungeness crab meat.
  4. Transfer the mixture to an oven-proof dish.
  5. Bake at 375°F for 10–15 minutes, or until warmed through.
  6. Serve with toasted sliced baguettes and crudités as desired.
  7. Serves 4.
