Ingredients
| Cream Cheese | 8 oz. |
| Boursin Cheese pack | 1 |
| Cheddar, shredded | 1 cup |
| Scallions, chopped | 1/4 cup |
| Dill, chopped | 4 Tbsp. |
| Garlic, minced | 1 clove |
| Shallots, minced | 1 clove |
| Lemon juice | 1 Tbsp. |
| Dungeness crab meat | 1/2 lbs. |
| Baguette, sliced and toasted | as needed |
Directions
- Whip the cream cheese and Boursin until smooth and light.
- Add the shredded cheddar, scallions, dill, garlic, shallots, and lemon juice. Mix until combined.
- Carefully fold in the Dungeness crab meat.
- Transfer the mixture to an oven-proof dish.
- Bake at 375°F for 10–15 minutes, or until warmed through.
- Serve with toasted sliced baguettes and crudités as desired.
- Serves 4.
