•2 slices of Franz buttermilk bread
•3 slices of provolone cheese
•1 cup picked Dungeness crab meat
•Salted butter for buttering bread
•Pre-heat skillet to medium-low heat
•Butter both slices of bread
•Place two slices of provolone on bread slices.
•Add crab meat.
•Place remaining slice of provolone on top of crab meat.
•Grill low and slow until cheese is melted and bread is golden brown.
