Ingredients
| Butter, melted | 1 1/2 sticks |
| Scallions, chopped | 3 spears |
| Garlic, fresh | 1 clove |
| Dill, chopped | 1 tsp. |
| Dungeness crab meat | 1/2 lbs. |
| Feta, crumbled | 1/2 cup |
| Parsley, chopped | 2 Tbsp. |
| Lime juice | 1 lime |
| Phyllo dough | 4 sheets |
Directions
- In a pan, sauté scallions and garlic in 2 tablespoons of butter until wilted.
- Add crab meat, feta, and parsley, and mix lightly. Stir in dill and lime juice.
- Melt the remaining butter in the microwave.
- Lay out the phyllo dough and keep it covered with a damp towel while working.
- Brush each sheet of phyllo dough with melted butter.
- Place the crab mixture along the bottom edge of the phyllo, roll into a tight log, and brush with butter.
- Score the roll into 1 1/2-inch pieces (do not cut all the way through).
- Place on a baking sheet and bake at 400°F for 15–20 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Once baked, finish cutting into portions and serve warm.
- Note: Substitute your favorite cheese if feta is not available.
